Resolution approving execution of a renewal contract with Nevada County Superintendent of Schools, for the provision of behavioral and mental health services in Nevada County elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools, as funded by the Behavioral Health Student Services Act, in the maximum amount of $298,001, for the contract term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, contingent upon adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
