Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the Nevada County Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) Annual Plan Update for Fiscal Year 2021/22 (Res. 21-183), increasing the annual estimated Plan budget to $7,985,661 and expanding proposed programming to provide mental health services and supports, authorizing the Nevada County Behavioral Health Director to sign and certify the MHSA County Compliance Certification and the County Fiscal Accountability Certification, and directing the Auditor-Controller to sign and certify the MHSA County Fiscal Accountability Certification.
