Resolution approving a Data Privacy and Security Agreement with the California Department of Public Health pertaining to the data privacy and security requirements with respect to the California Integrated Vital Records System Data with the term of the agreement commencing on the date of execution and to remain in effect for five years from the execution date, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
