Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Joseph Marzano, M.D. for the provision of direct clinical and other psychiatric services for adult clients of Nevada County Behavioral Health Department (Res. 17-297), increasing the maximum contract price from $30,000 to $60,000, extending contract termination date from December 31, 2017 to June 30, 2018, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment.
