Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Sacramento Behavioral Healthcare Hospital, LLC. for the provision of Psychiatric Inpatient Hospitalization Services under Welfare and Institutions Code Section 5150 for referred County clients in the maximum amount of $230,000 for the term of January 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors execute the contract.
