Resolution approving a renewal contract between the County of Nevada and the Tahoe Forest Hospital District for the provision of comprehensive health services, including health assessments and services related to expanding in-home services to the Truckee senior population, in the maximum amount of $27,078, for the period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
