Resolution authorizing the submittal of an application to the California State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for funding under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000; and if selected authorizing the Health and Human Services Agency Director or their designee the execution of a Standard Agreement, any amendments thereto, and of any related documents necessary to participate in the HOME Investment Partnerships Program.
