Resolution approving execution of a contract with R3 Consulting Group, Inc., to complete a performance review per Section 9.G of the franchise agreement with USA Waste of California, Inc. dba Waste Management of Nevada County, in an amount not to exceed $75,000, for the term of July 14, 2026, through June 30, 2027, authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Solid Waste Western budget for fiscal year 2026/27.
