Resolution approving the execution of Amendment A.1 to the agreement with the Behavioral Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission for the Behavioral Health Student Services Act grant, in the category of Marginalized and Vulnerable Youth, in the amount of $500,000, revising Exhibit “A”, Schedule of Services and Exhibit “B” Schedule of Charges and Payments to reflect the renaming of the Commission, and extending the contract termination date from December 31, 2027, to March 31, 2028, and updating reporting due dates to align with the term extension, and authorizing the Director of Behavioral Health to execute the amendment.
