Resolution approving the Participation Agreement authorizing Nevada County to participate in the California Mental Health Services Authority County Revenue Cycle Management and State Reporting Services for the provision of revenue cycle management, state reporting services, and other support services related to Nevada County Behavioral Health’s Electronic Health Record System, in the maximum amount of $868,250, for the period July 1, 2023 through March 20, 2029 upon adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement.
