Resolution approving execution of Amendment No. 1 to the personal services contract with OCV, LLC, to provide continued maintenance and service for the Sheriff’s Mobile Application Software, for the period December 1, 2025, through November 30, 2026, and in the annual amount of $8,495, thereby increasing the contract amount to a total not to exceed amount of $62,470, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
