Resolution approving Amendment 4 to contract between the County of Nevada and North Valley Behavioral Health, LLC for the provision of acute psychiatric inpatient services for County referred clients (Res. 14-008), increasing the contract maximum from $565,000 to $640,000 for Fiscal Year 2015/16, for the period January 14, 2014 through June 30, 2016, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Behavioral Health Department’s Fiscal Year 2015/16 budget.
