Resolution approving a renewal contract between the County of Nevada and BHC Sierra Vista Hospital, Inc. dba Sierra Vista Hospital for psychiatric inpatient hospitalization services under Welfare & Institutions Code Section 5150 for referred County clients for the contract term of July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025, in the maximum contract price of $100,000, not to exceed $50,000 each fiscal year, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
