Resolution awarding and approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Welco Underground Construction pertaining to emergency repairs to Brunswick Road due to road failure caused by exessive ground water that resulted from a series of storms, in the maximum amount not to exceed $75,000, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Superviors to execute the contract.
