Resolution approving a memorandum of understanding between the County of Nevada and City of Nevada City for the provision of Information Technology Services, at a cost to the City of $90,965 annually plus additional amounts as may be authorized by the City for additional services, effective July 1, 2024, authorizing the Chief Information Officer to execute the agreement, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2024/25 Information Systems budget.
