Resolution accepting the California Office of Emergency Services Grant Award VW24022601 for the Nevada County Victim Witness Assistance Program, in the amount of $368,865, for the period of October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, and authorizing the District Attorney or their assignee to execute the grant agreement and all additional documents to fulfill the grant requirements, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2024/25 Budget.
