Resolution approving a professional services contract between the County of Nevada and Cognizant Worldwide Limited for implementation of the Workday enterprise resource planning system, effective upon execution of both parties through completion of the final payment for completion of the scope of work, for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,904,826, authorizing the Purchasing Agent to execute change orders in the amount not to exceed 10% of the contract total, and authorizing the Chief Information Officer to execute the contract.
