Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Nevada County Housing Development Corporation for services related to community-based housing projects and specialized housing programs (Res. 23-306) increasing the maximum contract price from $1,246,016 to $2,791,167, revising Exhibit “A” Schedule of Services to incorporate additional master leased housing, amending Exhibit “B” Schedule of Charges and Payments to reflect this increase and to add funds for fiscal year 2024/25, extending the contract termination date from June 30, 2024, to June 30, 2025, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
