Resolution to deny the appeal filed by Sandy Korth and uphold the decision of the Nevada County Zoning Administrator to approve four (4) Conditional Certificates of Compliance (COC26-0001-0004) for APNs: 049-020-003, 049-020-004, 049-020-010, and 049-020-014, originally conveyed by a series of patents and an associated Lot Line Adjustment (LLA26-0002) application among three (3) adjacent parcels APNs: 049-020-004, 048-240-016, and 049-020-002, within the Tahoe Creek Ranch area. APNs: 049-020-002, 049-020-003, 049-020-004, 049-020-010, 049-020-014, and 048-240-016.
