Title
Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, County Counsel is requesting a closed session regarding real property negotiations. The negotiator for the County is Ryan Gruver, Health and Human Services Agency Director. Items under negotiation concern the price and terms of payment, and the property interest to be obtained, for five separate properties:
1. The property is located at 626 South Auburn Street, Grass Valley, CA 95945 (APN 029-241-007). The negotiator for this property will be Nancy Baglietto for Foothill House of Hospitality.
2. The property is located at 760 Zion Street, Nevada City, CA (APN 005-270-022). The negotiators for this property will be Ramesh and Anita Pitamber, of Heritage Hotel Group.
3. The property is located at 16069 Shannon Way, Nevada City, CA 95959 (APN 035-060-001). The negotiator for this property will be Richardson Griswold C/o Griswold Law APC.
4. The property is located at 19710 Tiger Lily Ln, Grass Valley 95945 (APN 026-030-007). The property negotiators for this property will be Daphne and Kurt Jackson, property owners.
5. The property is located at 11877 Incline Shaft Rd. Nevada City 95959 (APN 036-380-017). The negotiators for this property will be Hillary and Stephen Haas, property owners.
