Resolution approving execution of a renewal Participation Agreement with the California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA), for Psychiatric Inpatient Concurrent Review, in the maximum amount of $162,624, for the term July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, contingent upon adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreement and any necessary documents on behalf of the County of Nevada.
