Resolution approving execution of a renewal agreement with First 5 Nevada County Children and Families First Commission to reimburse First 5 for Medi-Cal Administrative Activities, in the maximum amount payable of $115,000, for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, contingent upon the adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board to execute the agreement.
