Resolution approving execution of a professional services contract with Be Change LLC, dba Nimbl vehicles to provide emergency vehicle equipment and installation services and an amount not to exceed $118,000, for the contract term of July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, including the option to extend the contract for one year, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
