Resolution approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the County of Nevada, Rough & Ready Fire Protection District, and Penn Valley Fire Protection District for additional funding support not to exceed $1,500,000, for a five-year period expiring June 30, 2031, to maintain operations of Rough and Ready Fire Station No. 59 during reorganization of these districts into one consolidated fire district, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the MOU.
