Resolution approving Amendment 2 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. (EPS) for the preparation of a Parks and Recreation District Consolidation Feasibility Study (Res. 17-623), increasing the Scope of Work to include the cities of Nevada City and Grass Valley and evaluation of alternative governance structures, increasing the amount of the contract by $21,500 for a new maximum amount of $106,500, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Amendment, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2018/19 Planning Department budget.
