Resolution approving an agreement between the County of Nevada and the Franchise Tax Board for the Court-Ordered Debt Collections Program for the purpose of the collection of unpaid court-ordered fines, for the period of August 1, 2024, through July 31, 2027, with an administrative fee of not to exceed $1,000 per year, and authorizing the District Attorney to execute the agreement.
