Resolution approving a renewal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Health and Human Services Agency - Department of Social Services and the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools for reimbursement of Title IV-E funds to coordinate educational support services for Nevada County foster youth, in the maximum amount of $179,660, for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 upon adoption of the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget, and authorizing the Director of the Department of Social Services to execute the MOU.
