Resolution approving a contract between Nevada County Sanitation District No. 1 and DKF Solutions Group, LLC, for risk control consulting services for wastewater staff, managed and tailored safety training including development of updated policy and procedures demonstrating Cal/OSHA and California State Water Resources Control Board compliance, for a total amount not to exceed $241,788, for a period of September 8, 2026, through June 30, 2029, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Directors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Nevada County Sanitation District No. 1 budget for fiscal year 2026/27.
