Resolution approving the execution of a renewal Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Health and Human Services Agency Department of Social Services and the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools, for reimbursement of Title IV-E funds to coordinate educational support services for Nevada County foster youth, in the maximum amount of $237,960, for fiscal year 2026/27, contingent upon adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, and authorizing the Director of the Department of Social Services to execute the MOU.
