Resolution approving the execution of a contract with Nevada-Sierra Connecting Point Public Authority, to provide workforce development services designed to prepare participants for employment and support compliance with Able-Bodied Adult Without Dependents (ABAWD) participation requirements, in the amount of $55,800, for the contract term of September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the fiscal year 2026/27 budget to increase the Community Corrections Partnership (CCP) Innovation Fund usage by $60,000.
