Resolution approving execution of a renewal contract with California Psychiatric Transitions, Inc., for Mental Health Rehabilitation Center / Institute for Mental Disease Services for Mentally Disordered persons, in the maximum amount of $300,000, for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, contingent upon adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
