Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.6, a closed session of the Board of Supervisors will be held for the purpose of reviewing its position and philosophy with respect to labor negotiations on employee salaries, salary schedules, fringe benefits, and all other matters within the statutory scope of representation. The designated labor negotiation representatives for Nevada County are Steven Rose, Human Resources Director, and Lisa Charbonneau, Labor Attorney. The labor negotiations concern all represented bargaining groups and unrepresented groups, including Deputy District Attorney-Deputy Public Defender Unit, Deputy Sheriff's Association, General Unit, Management Employees Association, Probation Peace Officers Association, Professional Unit, Sheriff's Management Association, Appointed Department Heads, and the Confidential Group.
