Resolution accepting and authorizing execution of the Northern Sierra Air Quality Management District AB 2766 Grant Agreement AB-2015-05 in the amount of $15,500 to provide downloadable audio and ebooks, and AB 2766 Grant Agreement AB-2015-06 in the amount of $25,000 to create an online digital branch for the Library, with a matching requirement of $7,106 and $18,870, respectively, for a combined total of $25,976 to be provided by the Library in support of the Project, for the period January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2015/16 Library budget. (4/5 affirmative vote required.)
