Resolution accepting the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Alcohol Policing Partnership Grant in the amount of $96,248 for Fiscal Year 2023/24 to fund expenses associated with monitoring compliance of ABC liquor license holders and underage drinking, approving Agreement 23-APP29 between the County of Nevada and ABC, and authorizing the Nevada County Sheriff to execute the agreement.
