Resolution approving a renewal contract between the County of Nevada and Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital Foundation, for home visiting services to Nevada County seniors, in the total maximum amount of $55,080, for the contract term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, contingent upon the adoption of the fiscal year 2024/25 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
