Resolution approving renewal Agreement 16-10379 between the County of Nevada and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) pertaining to the Nevada County Public Health Department, referred to as the Local Health Jurisdiction (LHJ), serving as an Enrollment Site for the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), in the maximum amount of $0, for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019, and authorizing the Chair of the Board to execute the Agreement.
