Resolution authorizing execution of Amendment 1 to contract with Victor Community Support Services to expand treatment options for youthful offenders suffering from mental illness (Res. 15-346), modifying the scope of work to include the provision of Strengths, Opportunities and Recidivism Reduction (SOARR) Program services to a maximum of five youth and their families, and increasing the maximum contract amount to $146,024, for the period July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.
