Resolution approving two related three-year Agreements (the Administrative and the Participation Agreements) with the California Department of Healthcare Services (DHCS), in a total amount not to exceed $13,910.59 as a condition of participation in MCIP, that authorize continued participation in the Medi-Cal Inmate Program (MCIP) and reimbursement amounts for fiscal years 2026/27 through 2028/29, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the agreements.
