Public hearing to consider an Ordinance Amendment to amend Title 12 of the Nevada County Code, Chapter 3, Section 12.03.191 - Accessory and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU), to ensure consistency with ADU State Law in regard to the maximum allowable number of detached ADUs per lot with a multi-family dwelling to allow for eight (8) detached ADUs per lot with a multi-family dwelling instead of the previously allowed two (2) detached ADUs per lot with a multi-family dwelling.
