Resolution approving renewal of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Health and Human Services Agency - Department of Social Services and the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools for reimbursement of Title IV-E funds to coordinate educational support services for Nevada County foster youth in the maximum amount of $201,169 for the term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, contingent upon the adoption of the fiscal year 2024/25 budget, and authorizing the Director of Social Services to execute the MOU.
