Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Nevada County Superintendent of Schools for the provision of behavioral and mental health services in Nevada County elementary schools, middle schools, and a charter school as funded by the Mental Health Student Services Act (Res. 24-362), increasing the maximum amount from $1,071,973 to $1,356,297 for the current contract term of July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, revising Exhibit “A”, Schedule of Services to reflect the addition of a Quality Insurance and Sustainability Coordinator, amending Exhibit B to reflect the increase in maximum contract amount, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
