Resolution approving execution of Amendment No. 1 to the subrecipient agreement with AMI Housing Inc., DBA Nevada County Housing Development Corporation, for the development and rehabilitation of four scattered site single family homes to be used as permanent supportive housing for a minimum of twenty-four beds for households who meet eligibility criteria, increasing the maximum contract price from $1,894,541 to $2,269,541 (an increase of $375,000), and revising "Section 3: Budget", to reflect the increase in the maximum contract price for the contract term of June 2, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and authorizing the Director of the Health and Human Services Agency to execute Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the County of Nevada.
