Resolution approving Amendment 1 to the contract between the County of Nevada and Turning Point Community Programs, Inc. for the provision of Adult Assertive Community Treatment Program, Respite, Case Management, and Housing Services (Res. 23-293), increasing the contract price from $5,996,518 to $6,036,518, revising Exhibit “A” Schedule of Services to incorporate the purchase and utilization of a vehicle, amending Exhibit “B” Schedule of Charges and Payments to reflect the increase in the contract maximum amount, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
