Resolution approving execution of a renewal contract with Shona Torgrimson d/b/a Helping Hands Nurturing Center, for Nurturing Parenting Program and Supervised Visitation Services for families and staff training for Child Welfare Services, in the maximum contract price of $380,000 for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028, not to exceed $190,000 for the term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and not to exceed $190,000 for the term of July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, contingent upon the adoption of the fiscal year 2026/27 budget, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
