Resolution approving a contract between the County of Nevada and Riebes Auto Parts, LLC., pertaining to a Vendor Managed Inventory Parts Facility Operation, in an amount not to exceed $640,000 annually, for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022, with up to three additional annual renewals, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract.
