Resolution authorizing submission of an application for and receipt of funding under the Prohousing Incentive Program (PIP) in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000, certifying use of a future award of PIP in accordance with applicable state and federal statutes, rules, regulations, and laws regarding the PIP Program, and authorizing the Nevada County Housing and Community Services Director or designee to execute all program funding documents related to PIP.
