Resolution approving execution of Amendment No. 2 to the Participation Agreement with the California Mental Health Services Authority Connex program, revising Exhibit "A", Program Description and Funding to reflect the addition of the Closed Loop Referral and Prior Authorization module within the Connex Platform, increasing the maximum agreement amount from $222,948 to $245,448 (an increase of $22,500), beginning on January 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until December 31, 2026, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the amendment.
