Resolution authorizing the contract between the County of Nevada and Medusind Inc., to become the third-party Medi-Cal biller for the Nevada County Sheriff’s Office for CalAIM Justice-Involved (JI) pre-release services, for a total not to exceed contract amount of $150,000, for the contract term of December 15, 2025, through December 14, 2026, authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the contract, and directing the Auditor-Controller to amend the Sheriff's Office Fiscal Year 2025/26 budget. (4/5 affirmative vote required)
