Resolution authorizing Amendment No. 2 to the professional services contract for state-required facility inspections (CAEHA SCON-00000849) with the California Association of Environmental Health Administrators, to extend the contract term to December 31, 2026, increase the compensation for services by an additional $27,000 to a new not-to-exceed amount of $77,000, amend the fiscal year 2026/27 budget to increase by $27,000, and authorizing the Purchasing Agent, or their designee, to execute the Amendment.
