Resolution approving execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Nevada and Child Advocates of Nevada County to reimburse Child Advocates of Nevada County for Medi-Cal Administrative Activities, in the maximum amount payable of $400,000, for the term of January 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027, and authorizing the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the Memorandum of Understanding.
